Meditation has been one of the most discussed topics among educated medicine practitioners, mental health coaches, and teachers. Meditation has proven to bring chemical changes to both our brains and physical bodies when practised daily, and it is also scientifically proven. Scientists found that practising meditation increases self-awareness, confidence, attention, and patience. Practising meditation daily releases us from stress and anxiety. Doctors believe that meditation is probably one of the greatest ways by which we can make our stress and anxiety under control and become more in tune with our emotions. It enhances our logical thinking, which helps us check our emotions.

Meditation can be of different kinds. There are practitioners who also encourage spiritual meditation to help people get over their stress and anxiety. Hence, it is of extreme importance that we follow the correct path of spiritual meditation so that we can support educators in creating a healthier regime. Supporting them will help us also understand and be more compassionate towards each other, and our experience is going to be a fruitful one. We can think of spiritual meditation in this way: concentrating our entire focus on a higher power. Now, I know in many spiritual meditations people are asked to chant some prayers. You can do that as well. There is absolutely no shame in following something in which you believe. For a more neutral approach, we can just imagine a growing light that slowly consumes us and makes our bodies light as we slowly proceed towards that light. This not only enlightens you, but it also activates your subconscious mind, as that is also one of the most important tools that separates us from being merely human and becoming a more compassionate one.
Spirituality has a more general sense than religion. With this, we should keep in mind that we are supporting each other and our educators in their spiritual needs. Nobody should be embarrassed or shamed if they decide to follow one path. There should be tolerance and acceptance no matter what the people's decisions are. Meditation helps us become a bigger person. By only supporting our educators, we are able to help ourselves improve our spiritual meditation. It does not have to be practised for two hours a day. A short, thirty-minute meditation focusing on the higher being will definitely elevate us and bring us closer to spiritual atonement. It also helps us forgive other people and gets rid of our anger and guilt. We are able to become a better version of ourselves through spiritual meditation.
The great author Paulo Coelho rightly said, "I understand once again that the greatness of God always reveals itself in the simple things." This helps us understand that believing in ourselves and each other and supporting our educators and their spiritual needs will raise our spiritual selves to the higher versions of ourselves where we are able to be compassionate, empathise, forgive, love, and care for ourselves and each other.
